For health and hygiene reasons, our products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened however if your product arrives damaged or faulty, do not open the bottle and please get in touch with us at hello@sundaydrop.com.au with your order number and photos so that we can help!
To start a return, contact us at hello@sundaydrop.com.au. If your return is accepted, we'll confirm next steps via email.
Please do not send items back without first receiving approval, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How long does it take to process a return request?
